If You are not Satisfied with Your Purchase, Returns may be considered for approval, at MashasCorner.com's Discretion, for Brand New Merchandise on UN-worn, UN-altered, UN-opened, UN-used and UN-damaged items within a 7-day period after received by purchaser.  All Original Labels, Tags, Packaging and Packing materials MUST be present and in place. Item(s) must be in a “ready to be sold NEW in Package” condition upon arrival to MashasCorner.com – No Exceptions.

Tracking information will be provided to you & the delivery tracking will actively occur on our side as well, to insure your product arrives in a timely manner. Client (purchaser) must pay for return shipping and a restocking fee up to 25% of purchase price.  Please review all above terms before purchase. If you return any items that qualified for FREE Shipping, the original shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges on Altered Items

PLEASE NOTE:  Purchases made on MashasCorner.com that are to be shipped to Canada are Non-Refundable due to the nature of Customs/Declarations and Shipping Requirements.  We are expanding the number of shipping locations at this time.  This may be subject to change in the future.


Group Orders are Non-Refundable. Orders will be considered a group order if there are 3 or more similar items per order. If an exchange is approved, you forfeit the option to return the exchange item for a refund.

Returning an Item by mail WITHOUT CONTACTING MashasCorner.com First will NEVER RESULT in an AUTOMATIC Refund – Ever! You Must contact us. Items returned WITHOUT CONTACTING will result, either as a refused package, or the item being donated to charity under the terms & conditions herein. This is your choice as a consumer.

THEREFORE, Any Item that is approved for Exchange or Return within 7 days of Receipt of Item Must have a Return Authorization Code, PROVIDED BY MashasCorner.com, on the outside of the Package. Any package that does not have the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package will be refused.  Please Email Us for a Return Authorization Code Request and you will be instructed how to proceed.

Please Note:  As a policy, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates (including bras, briefs and other underclothes that are worn closest to the body), jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.  This is due to the personal nature of these items.

 A Personalized Greeting Card is a personalized print-on-demand product, which means that all products are unique and produced once ordered.  This also means that reprints will not be provided at our expense if you (the customer) misspelled a name, word or uploaded a poor-quality image to a card, or if you (the customer) simply changed your mind.  Additionally, if the order delivery address is incorrect, MashasCorner.com will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You (the customer) are responsible for entering the correct information for your order.  However, MashasCorner.com will work to provide a free replacement or credit to you (the customer) if you notify us of a manufacturing error within 5 days of receiving the product.  This would involve working with our printing facility, It is vital that MashasCorner.com is contacted IMMEDIATELY within 5 days of receiving the product, so that we may provide the best experience possible.
